Starting as a high-grade tencha—the same leaf used for our finest matcha—it was intentionally roasted just to the point of inflection, creating an elegant new profile. This hojicha is smooth and creamy with a surprisingly bright and fruity character that honors the organic growing methods of its origin. It’s an honest, full-bodied expression of the Jack family’s commitment to craft and quality.
