HARU Ceremonial Grade Blended Matcha

HARU is our special ceremonial grade matcha, curated for the Spring–Summer 2025 season. Made from first flush spring leaves from Uji, Kyoto, shaded traditional method for 30 days using a double-layered shading, 50% hand-picked, and finely stone-milled for a finely grinded particle finishing.

With this first flush spring leaves and traditionally shaded for 30 days the matgcha is high in L-theanine, giving it a bright green color and a taste that’s soft, creamy, and unique to the Uji region. Light roasted aroma, buttery texture, and a gentle, smooth mouthfeel.
